important, doubt is how to make sure that functions in the ôòøcpôòù index
(say) are formatted with address@hidden as opposed to address@hidden
The cp index is formatted with the @r font. All other predefined
indexes are formatted with the @code font.
That information doesn't seem to be captured anywhere.
Indexes using @r vs. @tt is part of the definition of Texinfo, just like
anything else, so it's not something that would be part of an
xml-or-whatever file as far as I can see. In the manual (in case that's
what you meant), it's near the end of the (admittedly too long) node
Indexing Commands.
