Thanks for the report. That's very weird, and I cannot reproduce it
in a 14.04 docker container. Please can you describe your tree
structure, e.g. via the output of `tree ~/stow', and also could you
replace `die' with `confess' on line 1350 and share the output after
rerunning stow?
