Hello,

I have finally fixed the problem by using directly the --with-boost-libdir
argument !
I found it by searching --with-boost in the configure file (but I haven't
find it in the online documentation. It can be useful
for special cases where boost is in a special place and the configuration
can't find it properly)

I have then compiled and installed without any problems.

Thanks again for all your answers and your reactivity !

Glad to hear that! :)

Probably I should document it as a possible recurrent problem.

However that option shows up if you run

configure --help

I still don't understand why that option is necessary though, since running g++ from the command line seems to find boost without problems...

cheers
