Will those packages fix that as well? Thanks, OK; I got an error message: title("\tau") "warning: ft_render: skipping missing glyph for character ' '" Not sure what to do. Thanks, philip philip
Philip, I think that "missing glyph" means it can't find, or you don't have, the appropriate fonts installed. I would think that in a complete LaTex installation, you should have everything installed. Also I think that "fltk" is not quite mature yet. One thing you could try is to switch to gnuplot with "graphics_toolkit" and see if the \tau shows up properly. If the \tau shows up on the gnuplot, then there may be a configurstion issue or a bug with fltk. I can't help there. Bob
