Aquaterm binary is included in Gnuplot.app (see /Applications/Gnuplot.app/Contents/Ressources/lib) You can set aquaterm as terminal with the environement variable GNUTERM. In Terminal.app :
export GNUTERM=aqua
octave
This only works if Octave.app is in the PATH. Feed back is welcome.
