Another point wrt the GPL and other licenses. There is nothing in the GPL
that prevents the copyright owner from releasing the same source under
multiple licenses with different terms. Clearly most GPL authors would
prefer not to do this, but there are cases where it makes sense. It is up
to the licensee to adhear to the terms of the specific license under which
they received the code.
