There are a number of bugs that could be causing this.

You can either look through the closed bugs in Savannah for
likely-looking culprits (look for bugs with a Fixed Release of "CVS" and
related to eval) and apply the patches, or you can download the beta1
release of 3.81:

Remove the extraneous "\" from the middle of the URL; I'm not quite sure
how that got in there.
