Please don't try anything that Simon has recommended in the above
email, everything he has said has been overly complicated and has had
issues with breaking in various ways on upgrades.
I recommend that you set GRUB_DEFAULT="Menu entry title for Windows
here" in /etc/default/grub (as explained here:
http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/grub.html#Simple-configuration
) then re-run upgrade-grub/grub-mkconfig to update your grub.cfg. To
quickly view all of the possible menu entry titles you can run "grep
menuentry /boot/grub/grub.cfg" or if you post your /boot/grub/grub.cfg
I can tell you the exact value to enter in your /etc/default/grub.
