GNUnet v0.5.4a, via the debs linked to from the GNUnet website.  I was
using the default numbers for MAXNETUPBPSTOTAL and MAXNETDOWNBPSTOTAL,
which was 50000.  I didn't realize that was far too much for my DSL
connection.  Sorry for the confusion.
