Any pointer what to fix in the following problem with AC_PROG_LIBTOOL ?

I currently have

autoconf 2.57
automake 1.7.2
libtool 1.4.3

installed...

c0$ aclocal
c0$ autoconf
configure.in:7: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_PROG_LIBTOOL
