You could make a small function, say, `all-words-present-p':

  (require 'cl)

  (defun all-words-present-p (words)
    (every (lambda (word) 
             (goto-char (point-min)) 
             (search-forward word nil t))

and then test like this:

  (all-words-present-p '("foo" "bar" "baz"))
