[Health] GNU Health Live CD - New version 0.62

Hi all,

a new version of the GNU Health Live CD was issued:

It contains the GNU Health Demo Database as of 23. March 2014 (Thanks Luis for 
providing this!), see

Note to users: First boot from USB-Stick is painfully slow, as some setup on 
the stick is made. Second boot and working is much faster, and WLAN works then 
as well!

Please test (esp. the install-to disk is untested!) and report problems back 
to me.
