Dear Bounmy !

Before I go into details, let me take this opportunity to express my
gratitude for your commitment to GNU Health in your country, Laos. I
personally visited the CMR and I congtratulate you and the medical team
there, for the fantastic job you are doing for the community. You have
done so much in so little time, so keep up the great job !

Please see my comments inline below.

There are no such things as "dumb" questions. Most of your questions
I've seen in the forum come after you have investigated and try to come
up with a solution. We are all here to learn from each other.

Implementing GNU Health in a health institution, or a health intitution
networks requires careful planning, design, training and a motivated
local team. As you said, you need a trans-disciplinary team (health
professionals, accountants, network administrators, computer scientists,
epidemiologists, ... ) working in sync.

Product / services should be integers.
I think that you should be able to differentiate the product price by
using price lists, which are quite flexible and allow you to do
different combinations depending on the patient.

Let's have an IRC meeting this Monday, so we can discuss in detail and
on realtime this situation, which I'm positive we will find a
solution :)

All the best,
