8th: libpaper work

Started some framework for specifying properties (such as 
continuity) of libpaper textures. I think that the proper 
variable for controlling combiner scale is the maximum difference 
of texture values inside a small region of the texture. 
Using simply the minimum distance between 0 and 1 doesn't make 
much difference between fnoise and turbulence.
