python-typeguard and python-coveralls are functional again:

d9a31cd34eb9f63460d74d3cfff0190f964f48f4 gnu: python-coveralls: Disable failing
test and relax version requirements.
a7c96167ae8748a8b76fabaf74a997094cdf7fc5 gnu: python-typeguard: Python 3.10
compatibility.

Anything else that needs work?

Cheers,
Lars
