Hi Branden,

I agree, the test should be skipped if both gs AND URW fonts are not found, 
instead a message saying gropdf is restricted to base 14 fonts. If the URW 
fonts are found and gs is missing it should definitely still do the test.

The absence of the gs command is not a problem by itself, gropdf font 
selection is only restricted if the URW fonts are not found as well.

The config message should mention that gropdf font selection will be 
restricted, full service requires either ghostscript or the URW fonts to be 
installed.
