Oh, much easier than that.  Stick around here long enough and you will
hear many cases of mis-behaving GNSS receiver firmware.  Not just
GPS week number roll over (WNRO).

I'm not far from Fallon, NV.  I get many notices of GPS signal jamming,
on purpose. A few reports of fix loss near me. Then there are the
truckers and smugglers that use GPS jammers.
