Looks good.  But your json.log shows you are not telling gpsd to use
your pps:


Note there is no PPS there.

There have been recent fixes for standalone PPS, please update to git
head, and try again.  Be sure /dev/pps1 is on your command line when you
start gpsd.

Then you are using an old version of gpsd.  Please update to git head
and repeat.

Your NMEA data seems O to me.  The problem is your command line.
