regarding gpsd usage - no data coming

Hello,
I can cat /dev/serial0 and can see the data coming but when I am using
gpsd i am getting no data using cgps -s command

sudo systemctl stop gpsd.socket
sudo systemctl disable gpsd.socket

sudo systemctl enable gpsd.socket
sudo systemctl start gpsd.socket

sudo gpsd /dev/ttyAMA0 -F /var/run/gpsd.sock

and then

cgps -s
but no data

 i event did run the belo command as well
sudo gpsd /dev/ttyS0 -F /var/run/gpsd.sock and then cgps -s , still no result

please assist.
