Yo All!

As a companion to the new "ubxtool -p CONFIG", there is now
"ubxtool -p STATUS".

CONFIG polls most of the u-blox config messages.
STATUS polls most of the u-blox status messages.

Do both to see most of the receiver state.  Add "-v 2" for
expanded decodes.  Always remember to set your protocol version
with "-P".
