Well, the way it is configured is not going to work well with gpsd.

Not all arm serial ports work at 3.3V, but likely good.  Do you
have the exact spec for that?

And, still waiting for what voltage are you running the F9P?

Say what?  What do you define as "approriate"?  Maybe some pull-ups
in case the input is disconnected, but nothing else...

And the voltage is?  Are you sure the VCC is really clean?

Yeah, $GNRMC, $GNVTG, $GNGLL, still suboptimal.  And not relevant as that
is not what was going into gpsd.  You were just sending NMEA into gpsd.
