Ok I made a libgomp, shall we put libgomp.h in there ?
We might as well start off populating it with a Changelog and so on, I
am currently looking at what the 'right' contents would be :-).
Perhaps we should also make a testing directory ?
It should be fairly easy to build libgomp without gcc, and we can make
a set of testcases in c.
