Anticipating the answer will be 'no', and on recognizing that every past
history item must have had at least one episode in which it was recognized …
how about any time a Past History item is created, a new episode is
auto-created, wherein the default of is_open makes sense to keep as TRUE
whereas if the Past History item checkbox for Active is *unchecked* then it
would be sane to immediately set this auto-created episode to
is_open is FALSE
which will also save user having to create an episode in order that they can
attach a (historical) procedure to the (historical) Health issue?
