My persistent problem with indexed sequential files in Open Cobol
was solved with the patient assistance of Roger While. It turned
out to be an obsolete copy of db.h lurking in /usr/local/include.
I want to thank Roger publicly for his kind assistance and many
emails. This is an example of how Open Source projects are in
most cases better supported than commercial.
