Details:

When the `--notmatched' option is called, the user expects to see an output
containing the rows that didn't match. Currently Match doesn't make any output
when there is no match. When asking for the not matched columns, this behavior
is fine when there are some matches. However, when there is no match, even
when the user asks for `--notmatched', no output is created!

This is not the expected behavior. In the scenario above, the outputs should
be the two inputs. I am busy fixing this.
