Details:
To allow the inclusion of directories given to `CPPFLAGS' and `LDFLAGS',
BuildProgram's configuration file is designed to be built during `make' on the
user's system. But we had forgot to ask Automake to not distribute the file.
As a result, the configuration file built by the distributor is not being
included in the tarball and as a result, it wouldn't be built on the user's
system! The temporary solution is to run `make clean' before `make'!
I am working on correcting the build system so the built configuration file
isn't distributed.
