Follow-up Comment #1:
As part of modifying ImageCrop to benefit from `gal_data_t', this task has
been completed and is pushed
<https://gitlab.com/makhlaghi/gnuastro/commit/dec2b223ea90ef> to my
development branch.
As one side-effect of the already built new infra-structure, it is now
possible to use column names, units, or even comments as well as column
numbers (counting from 1) to identify the input columns when cropping from a
catalog.
With this task complete, now the filenames of the crops also exist in a column
in the input catalog. tests/imgcrop/cat.txt
<https://gitlab.com/makhlaghi/gnuastro/blob/datastruct/tests/imgcrop/cat.txt>
is one example. The tests/imgcrop/imgcat.sh
<https://gitlab.com/makhlaghi/gnuastro/blob/datastruct/tests/imgcrop/imgcat.sh>
test now uses this feature when running `make check'.
