Your answer seems to explain why you don't understand the background.
Try to understand that it is important to it is very important to
have an _independent_ OSS certification organization that has no own
interests in specific licenses. 

The problem with the FSF is that it tries to "sell" you their own products
and does not inform you in a product (license) independent and neutral way.
