The trademarks holders are also at risk when they go too far, as court
might not rule in their favor. This would (positively) affect every
subsequent lawsuits (with the law's interpretation).

So if our case is strong enough, avoiding free speech might not be
desirable, defending it might.

If that ever happens, we might also be able to get SFLC[1]'s help.
