[Gnu-arch-users] [BUG] tla does not allow archive locations with a newline

Thank you, ddaa, or this most intensive review. If it weren't for you, we
could have possible missed this most severe buck for DECADES. 

Anyways, apparently one of ddaa's funkier test cases realized that one can
tehcnically register an archive with a location with a newline (think of
an archive on the local filesystem)
