Since we're talking about varying greediness, let me suggest that "greedy"
should imply "add any downloaded cachedrev".  I.e. if I try to get
foo--bar--0--patch-45 and it is done by fetching the cachedrev patch-23,
then both patch-23 and patch-45 should be added.
At least in my environment.
