Wanna do something else?  Ha ha, you lose!

I use various arch-related, but non-tla magic files in {arch} for my
scripts, e.g., {arch}/=tagline-rules.

If this change goes in, there should be some apropriate tla command,
like

   $ tla tree-special-file
   {arch}
   $ tla tree-special-file FILE
   {arch}/FILE
