Note that in arch there isn't any real concept of a file history log --
you have to construct one by examining the logs of changesets which
affected the file.

I have a script which does this, and it would probably be simple to have
it understand something like a `Copied-Files:'  header (added by the
user) in the changeset log, which would enable tracking file history
back past copy events, if that's a useful thing to do.
