    cd gnokii
    ./autogen.sh
    make
    cd smsd

In here I believe you need another `make` to make smsd and you used to
also need to `make libmysql.la` or whicheverdatabse you wanted to use.


Not anymore. Current CVS changes (thanks Bastien!) make smsd and its
plugins being treated like xgnokii.
