Yes, I should know that. I'm the one maintaining the Windows port.
However, looks like Pawel did not have time to release 0.6.14 Win32
binaries before he took his well-earned vacation. Also there are some
minor issues regarding source code changes to make Gnokii MS Visual
Studio compliant. It is possible another set of Win32 binaries will be made.
That's why I recommended using version 0.6.13 for a while.
