I agree with Hadmut that the format should be documented in the man
page.  I also asked this on the list (in
<news:address@hidden>) two weeks ago and
received no answer.  How about the attached patch?

A related issue: Why are the entry locations in gnokii and xgnokii
different?  It would be nice to use the same file for both programs.
