Latest CVS and build error

Hello,

I just checked out the latest sources from CVS and getting this 
failure during compiling:

make[2]: Entering directory `/root/src/gnokii-0.5.0.20020831/po'
make[2]: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/root/src/gnokii-0.5.0.20020831/po'
make[1]: *** [po] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/src/gnokii-0.5.0.20020831'
make: *** [build] Error 2

Makefile missing? What to do?
