[Gm2] Build with minimal libraries

Well, I've been building using the CVS snapshot and the standard
(patched) GCC sources, using exactly those flags, so I suppose
it comes to the same thing.

I didn't understand that the minimal libraries were essentially
a wrapper around C code; on the whole I'd prefer to write C code
directly, and with a 270K size for hello.mod there really doesn't
seem much point in doing anything else.
