[glob2-devel] translation (once again)

hi list

i recently got in touch with the great ajax framework ext-js and as i had 
already tried to do a translation helper site using ajax with no success i 
relaunched work on this today and got pretty far:

so far can read the language files
deliver all translations to the client
a php-file is called for every change of a value with all relevant data 
provided (that is key, language and newvalue)
now these values are stored to a database
the function to load the files to the db is done. the inverse not yet.
plan is to have the php commit the changes automatically maybe triggering a 
mail to the ml.
