[glob2-devel] Tutorial translation

Hi everyone,

I've justed merged fixes in English tutorial text from David Barnett. So 
please do a ./syncmaps

Unfortunately, I had to merge by hand every entry as the source tutorial was 
an old one. So if anyone, on the forum or on irc ask how to translate the 
tutorial, please tell him to take the latest tutorial.sgsl from CVS as 
explained here:
