Initial Comment:
The script:
/usr/lib/gforge/bin/calculate_user_metric.php

only obtain a register with the 'Local Gforge Admin'.

The problem is in this sentence:
SELECT user_id,5,1.25,3,0,0,1.25
FROM user_group
WHERE
user_group.group_id='$sys_peer_rating_group'
AND user_group.admin_flags='A';");

that only match in my case the 'Local Gforge Admin'. We
have other users rated and the "Local Gforge Admin'
it's  not rated.

With debian-sf this script worked fine.
