Summary: Missing option to turn Task Manager on-off

Initial Comment:
There is a typo in the Edit Public Info page in the 
project Admin section.  "Use CVS" appears twice.  
First occurrence should be "Use Task Manager" or 
something equivalent as the checkbox turns Tasks 
on/off.
