Do we have a good reason to this change? I am thinking about some short news-text for the homepage.Coding in C++ is *MUCH* faster than in pure C ;o) Besides of that C++ gives: * support for STL containers * faster and more robust code * access to C++ libraries * other OMF project are written in C++ - this will enable toimport some cool features directly from them
Hmmm, lets see now... The Gnome Commander project has now migrated all code from C to C++. We hope this change will boost the development of the project and give both faster and more robust code. This is a major change from a programming perspective, though it does not mean any specific change from the user perspective, other than hopefully a little more frequent new releases. Something like that as news-text for the next release? (of course together with other changes and new features).
