I'm not sure but I seem to recall that the Unincorporated Association on 
who's Committee I sat had to get it's trustees to agree to direct debits, as 
its they who have to take responsibility for the indemnity, but you may be 
able to swing it on the `separately and severally' liability of the Committee 
Members.
