Second part of FT2 tutorial available

Hello,

  as the title says, I've just finished the second part
  of the tutorial, it's currently available as:

     http://www.freetype.org/docs/freetype2/step2.html

  note that there were also a few updates to the first
  section (mainly formatting + some clarifications regarding
  transforms). it's still available as:

     http://www.freetype.org/docs/freetype2/step1.html

  Step 3 is on the way (it should be shorter, and the last
  part of the tutorial).
