A good question.  I can only do some clean-up from time to time, but I
can't install a new version of mailman together with proper spam
filters -- the only solution which will improve the situation.

David, the amount of spam in the internet is increasing daily, and the
old version of mailman becomes more and more a pain in the neck.
Please help.
