[Devel] CID CFF problems

The attached font exhibits some problems:

  . Hinting makes the display of the font *much* worse.

  . The synthesized cmaps are completely wrong (since CID CFFs aren't
    supported properly).  I suggest that for the moment a single cmap
    is returned for such fonts, namely the `identity' mapping.
