[Devel] BGR for LCD

I've added BGR support for LCD (by adding two more `modes' for the
`L' key in ftview.c).

Please test.  I'm not completely sure whether my change is really
correct.

BTW, I noticed a small problem with LCD rendering: For very thin
vertical stems (<= 1/3 pixel) the color no longer appears black but
either red, green, or blue.  Shouldn't the stem width be >= 1 (full)
pixel for LCD?
