Yes, I forgot to add a new file (and remove an old one). This is
now fixed in the CVS, so please feel free.

  Actually, the cache sub-system has been reworked yet another
  time, mainly to make it easier to implement custom caches..

  I've also started rewriting the draft cache internals document
  in "www/freetype2/docs/cache.html" to explain all of this..

  Expect a "charmap" cache pretty soon now..
