Log message:
* Tee song iterator now does a special case treatment when both songs
want to schedule an event at the same time.

This bug caused certain events to be re-emitted even though they shouldn't
have been, since the delay time of the non-active song was set to zero,
causing it to be interpreted as having reported a MIDI command (as opposed
to a delay time-- song iterators can't do delay times of zero).
This bug surfaced as notes not being stopped during songs with multiple
tracks, notes being stopped too early, and voices running out.
